Processing Times

  • In-Hand Pins: Orders for in-hand pins are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days post-purchase.
  • Pre-Sale Pins: Pre-sale pins will ship once production is completed, which typically takes 2-6 months. Our Instagram stories will regularly provide updates on production.

Shipping Rates

  • U.S. Shipping: $5 flat rate.
  • International Shipping: $13 flat rate.

Delivery Times

  • Domestic (U.S.): Orders shipped within the U.S. typically arrive within 3-5 business days after dispatch.
  • International Orders: Delivery times vary by destination, but most arrive within 2-4 weeks after dispatch.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Mystical Fandom Pins is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
  • However, we will gladly help you file a claim with your local post office to resolve the issue.

Customs and Import Taxes (International Orders)

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that their country’s customs regulations may apply. Mystical Fandom Pins is not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by customs.

Incorrect Addresses

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for paying additional shipping fees to have the order re-sent.

Shipping Damages

  • If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please email us at mysticalfandompins@gmail.com with photos within 7 days of delivery, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
