Returns

  • Eligibility: Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged pins upon arrival. Pins must be returned within 7 days of receipt for this policy to apply.
  • Condition: Pins must be in their original, unused condition and include all original packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items: All pre-sale pins and pins purchased on sale are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Refunds

  • Pre-Sale Items: Due to the nature of pre-sale purchases, where funds are used directly towards production costs, all pre-sales are final. We cannot offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once an order for a pre-sale pin has been placed.
  • Processing for In-Hand Items: Once we receive the returned pin, we will inspect it and notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected based on its condition.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Pins: If your pin is defective or incorrect due to our error, we will issue a full refund or provide a replacement at no additional cost, including covering all shipping costs for the return.

Exchanges

  • We only replace pins if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a pin for the same one, email us at mysticalfandompins@gmail.com and return your pin to the address below.

Shipping for Returns

  • Shop's Responsibility: If you return a pin because it is defective or incorrect, we will cover all shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse your shipping expenses.
  • Shipping Method: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned pin.
